Do you smoke? This post is for you!

Many people take their lunges for granted, the most important organ when it comes to oxygenating your blood. Your lunges prevent you from going brain dead and protect you from harmful substances. Smoking cannabis isn’t the problem, HOW you smoke it is. Try to avoid using backwoods, or anything other than sheets. The problem with smoking is your lunges aren’t supposed to be on fire at all, so if you’re constantly smoking you are subjecting your lunges to harmful factors like heat, tobacco residue, etc. This is very bad for the development of your lunges over time.

So in order to reverse the damage caused you can cut back from smoking multiple times a week, resort to sheets only, and detox yourself.

Your lunges connect to your circulatory system which has three systems in your body. The heart, lungs, arteries, and coronary vessels are responsible for your blood flow, nutrients, oxygen flow, and the hormones that shuffle between cells. These cells need the energy to do their work. If they are being exposed to excessive carbon dioxide that can poison the cell it will be lead to lung disease or worse.
