We are officially 101 days into the year and April marks the perfect time to check on your spiritual progress. I hope the sun has been bringing you all the needed serotonin. It’s important to continue to get sun because not only does it help give you a dose of Vitamin D but it also helps regulate your mood. The science behind spirituality makes implementing changes in your life more fun. Progress checks can be a beautiful thing because it’s lovely to see how you’re doing in each cycle. One day you’re reading blog posts and the next day you’re in the home buying process. Each and every day we get a new opportunity to start anew. It helps your future self when you take steps towards bettering your spirit. That can start today with a plan of action. Not like a military to-do list. Similar to an empowerment schedule. An empowerment schedule is a spiritual timetable for how you want your day to go. For example, you start your day by writing down what you’re thankful for, then go into your daily affirmations, important things to get done today, and what you want to consume. It’s important to consume items that promote mucal break-up, alkalinity, and healthiness in the morning. It not only helps your gut but helps to start your day off right. Morning habits are important because they set precedent for the day, sometimes we may get off track but that’s why you keep your empowerment schedule to remind you. Although it’s hard to plan the day time slot to time slot you can write suggestions for PM tasks, and do your best to make what goes on your plate a non-negotiable.

April is infamous for bipolar weather how are you coping with your feelings? Did you do your shadow work before the full moon? Did you write down what’s been triggering you? Did you exude love?
